摘要
饮用水水源地水质超标及环境风险一直是影响我国饮水安全的主要隐患。虽然目前饮用水水源保护区划分技术成熟,但是在单一供水难以满足供水要求的情况下,协同供水的不同水源地之间的供水干渠在水源保护区划分上缺乏相关指导性意见,并且在水源保护区后期保护建设中针对性不足,难以有效防范环境风险。本文针对明光市石坝水库水源地,结合中型水库水源地的特点进行水源保护区划分,并综合分析水质和污染源等现状,提出有针对性的环境风险防治措施,为明光市石坝水库水源地建设及保护提供科学支撑。
Drinking water source water quality and environmental risk have always been the main hidden dangers affecting the safety of drinking water in China. Although the technology of dividing drinking water source protection zones is mature at present,it is difficult to effectively prevent environmental risks due to the lack of relevant guidance on dividing water source protection zones between different sources of coordinated water supply,and the lack of pertinence in later protection and construction of water source protection zones. According to the water source area of Shiba Reservoir in Mingguang City,the water source protection area is divided according to the characteristics of the water source area of medium-sized reservoirs,and the current situation of water quality and pollution sources is comprehensively analyzed. Targeted environmental risk prevention and control measures are put forward to provide scientific support for the construction and protection of the water source area of Shiba Reservoir in Mingguang City.
