回转式磁流变制动器的设计原理

摘要
作为智能材料的磁流变液,其剪切力可由磁场强度的变化达到迅速、可逆,连续地控制。运用磁流变液的独特流变特性,设计一种结构合理、磁路布置简单的回转式制动器,可通过控制电流控制制动器的角速度、扭矩等物理量,建立数学模型,并对制动器参数的选择进行了探讨。
As an intelligent material of magnetorheological fluids(MR),the change of the shear force is rapid,reversible and continuously controllable with the changing magnetic field strength. Utilizing unique properties of magnetorheological fluids,a rotary brake has been designed with reasonable structure and simple magnetic circuit, its angular velocity and torque can be controlled by electric current.The torque mathematic model has been set up and the parameter selection principle of the brake has been put forward.
