摘要

本文介绍高空高能电子研究进展,揭示接近宇宙空间的高能电子形成机制,高空高能带电粒子流和地震活动性之间的关系。指出在震中地区,地震形成过程中发射电磁辐射是高能带电粒子流和地震活动性之间存在关系的重要原因。
This paper has given a brief account of the recent development of the research on the high-energy electrons in space and revealed the shaped mechanism of the high-energy electrons in space and the collelation between the high-energy charged particle flux in the radiation belt around the earth and the earthquake activities This correlation, the paper points out, is chiefly due to the electromagnetic radiation sent out in the process of the shaping of earthquakes in the quake-central aress
