地震灾后食品卫生问题及应对策略初探

摘要
通过讨论地震灾后食品存在的卫生问题对特大地震灾后的饮食卫生工作提出应对策略。采取现场情况汇总、综合分析等方式,总结灾后食品卫生存在问题。提出了在灾区完善应急预案、加强指导、现场速测、宣传培训、构建网络等防止集体性食物中毒和食源性疾病的对策和建议。
To discuss the problems of food hygiene after earthquake in order to take coping strategies of food hygiene.The problems of food hygiene after the disaster were summarized by collecting the locale circs,synthesizing analysis,and so on.Many advice such as improving emergency management,strengthening instruction,measuring the locale problems,propagandizing,training and building networks,ect.,in order to prevent mass food poisoning and food-borne diseases,were put forward.
