日本医疗体系陷入资金困局

摘要
日本医疗体系正在变得越来越昂贵。据估算,2020年日本的医疗成本将达到62.3万亿日元,相当于日本GDP的10%,而2035年更会达到93.6万亿日元,占日本GDP的13.5%。而且,日本的人口正在迅速老龄化,3.11大地震使其原本停滞不前的经济又受到重创。因此,日本为医疗体系筹资无论如何都面临巨大挑战。
In Japan,everyone for the problems in the healthcare system has achieved a high degree of consensus,but few people can agree on what measures should be taken or where to start.To a great success,first of all Japan government should invite some prestigious doctors to provide sufficient funds to enable them to establish clear goals for healthcare system. Japanese healthcare system can control costs while maintaining quality of healthcare,and thus become a model for other countries to follow. In fact,similar to many other countries,Japan's healthcare system has been under heavy pressure.As the apparent absence of a variety of healthcare including doctors and the effective allocation of resources,the Japanese were increasingly difficult to get necessary healthcare services.Especially,311 earthquake devastates the Japanese economy. In addition,the quality of care in different hospitals is huge differences.To change this situation,Japan government must reform the healthcare system to ensure full public access to medical services.
