基于MC13192的无线振动检测系统的设计

摘要
阐述了一种采用无线传输方式的振动数据采集和检测方法。通过飞思卡尔公司的MC13192芯片来现振动数据的无线传输,在检测端使用加速度传感器芯片MMA61612Q来获得振动信号并完成模数转换,其精度可达0.01m/s2,在接收端运用远程可视化界面来接收采集到的数据。测试结果表明,系统能及时准确地采集振动信号,数据传输距离远,远程端监视效果好。
This paper describes a vibration data acquisition and detection method using the wireless transmission. The system realizes the wireless transmission of vibration data through Freescale's MC13192 chip, the detecting terminal gets the vibration signals and achieves the analog-to-digital conversion through the acceleration sensor chip MMA61612Q at the accuracy of 0.01m/s2. The receiving end uses the remote visualization interface to obtain the collected data. The actual test shows that the system can timely and accurately acquire the vibration signals, and has a long distance of data transmission with a good effect of remote terminal monitoring. Furthermore, the low-power design takes the system a wide range of applications.
