基于层次分析(AHP)的公共交通枢纽换乘衔接模糊评价

摘要
对公共枢纽的换乘衔接进行评价涉及到很多方面的因素,是一个半定性、半定量问题.本文采用系统工程学的层次分析方法建立了评价指标体系,并对不同指标赋予了权重;在此基础上提出了对公共枢纽的换乘衔接进行评价的模糊评价方法,并给出了算例分析.
Developing an effective public traffic system has become the best way to resolve the traffic problem in big cities.The service level of the transfer of public traffic hinge exerts a direct effect on the public traffic system.Therefore,appropriate and practical methods must be devised to appraise the service level of the said transfer.Many factors such as efficiency,safety and convenience are involved when evaluation of the transfer of public traffic hinge is to be carried out.These factors constitute a very complex system.Some of them can′t be analyzed quantitatively.Thus,the evaluation turns out to be a semi-qualitative and semi-quantitative question.In this paper,firstly,based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), the evaluation index system is set up,the judging matrix is constructed and,then,the weights of different factors are given.Secondly,a fuzzy synthetical judgment model is brought forward and the process of the use of this model to evaluate the transfer of public traffic hinge is developed.Finally,an example is given for demonstration.Results show that it is simple and practical to evaluate the transfer of public traffic hinge by use of the method put forward in this paper.
