摘要

分析了公园的防灾、减灾功能,论述了公园减灾规划的定位,阐述了公园防震减灾规划的基本内容,以期建立与经济社会发展水平和防震减灾需求相适应的新型公园规划机制。
The paper analyzes the disaster prevention and reduction function of parks,illustrates the definition of the plan for the disaster reduction of the parks,and indicates the basic contents of the planning for the disaster preparation and reduction of the parks,so as to establish the new park planning mechanism which is fitful for the economic and social development and needs for the disaster preparation and reduction.
