20Mn2SiVB钢的组织性能与抗震性能

摘要
为提高钢材的多次反复弯曲性能,对不同热处理工艺后的20M n2SiV B钢进行了试验研究,结果表明:20M n2SiV B钢等温处理的试样比连续冷却的试样塑性较高,硬度和强度相差不多。经过550℃等温处理后力学性能最佳,其强延积最大,反复弯曲能力强。得出了抗震性能应该具有的组织和性能。
The property of 20Mn2SiVB steel under varying processing was studied in present article to improve alternating bending property of steel.The results indicate that the plastic property of isothermal treating specimen is higher than that of continuous cooling,and there almost isn't difference between the hardness and strength of isothermal treating specimen and that of continuous cooling.The mechanical property of specimen under isothermal treating at 500℃ is the best,product of multiplied extensibility by strength biggest,and the ability to anti-alternating bending is better.Thus it is known that what kind of microstructure and property is aseismatic property ought to have.
