摘要

对西北地区缺水问题进行了分析,认为西北地区的气候干旱主要是自然变迁造成的;水资源先天性不足是造成该地区水资源供需矛盾加剧和生态环境严酷的主要原因;并指出水资源短缺是开发和再造山川秀美的首要障碍,实事求是,深入实际调查研究是正确解决西北地区水问题的理论法宝.并提出了对策和建议。
This paper analyzes the problem of water shortage in northwest regions of China,and proposes that natural change is the main reason that causes the meteorological drought;The connatural shortage of water resource is the most important factor that results in the severe inconsistency between water supply and demand and the fragility of ecological environment;It is necessary to conduct investigation and research so as to find the practical and realistic ways to solve the problem of water resource in northwest regions.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
