水工弧形闸门流激振动分析

摘要
采用模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,分析和评价了水工弧形闸门的流激振动.在水力模型试验中,采用自制面压力量测装置,同步测量了各面脉动压力的历时过程,避免了点压力到面压力的转换.同时,将试验得到的脉动压力作为荷载过程,应用AN SY S软件计算了在各种开度下闸门的振动反应过程.结合工程实例分析研究发现弧形闸门在有水和无水时的自振特性不同,流场对闸门自振特性的影响较大,闸门在不同开度下自振频率略有变化.
The methodology of combining the physical and numerical models is employed to evaluate the flow-induced vibration of a hydraulic radial gate.The fluctuating force acting on the element of flow-gate interface,instead of that at a point,is surveyed with the newly developed equipment.The durations of fluctuating force acting on all elements are synchronistically measured.Meanwhile,the software,ANSYS,is used to compute the dynamic response durations of the gate at different openings on which the fluctuating force acting is measured.The properties of the natural vibration is different for the radial gate under the conditions with and without flow field,so that the effect of the flow on the gate vibration should be considered.The variation of the model property of the radial gate with the gate opening is discussed.
