无缆遥测地震仪采集站的低功耗设计

摘要
无缆遥测地震仪采集站采用电池供电,属于户外便携式测量仪器,降低系统功耗是系统设计的关键问题。本文以低工作电压和低工作频率为低功耗设计的出发点,选择低电压、带功耗控制功能的CMOS元器件构建状态、频率可调的低耗能硬件电路;并设计了高转换效率的电源转换模块和低损耗的供电控制网络,在此基础上采用动态功耗管理技术(DPM)根据工作流程需要为各电路模块分配能耗状态,降低系统平均功耗。此外从代码执行效率、系统工作机制等方面对嵌入式软件进行优化设计,减少不必要的CPU开销。测试结果表明,采集站野外作业最大平均功耗为4.4W,达到了低于5W的设计目标。
The non-cable telemetric seismograph is powered by a battery.It is a portable outdoor measuring instrument for which the key problem is to bring down the power consumption.This paper takes low working voltage and low working frequency as the starting point for low power consumption design.CMOS components with low working voltage and function of power controlling are chosen to build the hardware circuits whose working status and frequency are adjustable.High efficiency voltage converting module and the controlling network of power supply with low dissipation are designed as well,based on which the technology of dynamic power management is employed to assign power status for each circuit module to bring down the average power consumption.Moreover,the design of software is optimized in aspects of efficiency of the implementation of the code and working mechanism of system to eliminate the unnecessary work of CPU.The testing result shows that the maximum of average consumption for seismic data collecting station in field is 4.4 W.The design destination of power consumption lower than 5 W has been achieved.
