摘要

本文结合5.12汶川特大地震伤员的救治实践,说明在重大灾害来临紧急救治伤员时,门急诊大厅的室内外空间大小和大门的通畅至关重要;介绍了医院建筑在设计上一定要坚持功能优先原则,以确保赢得紧急救治的时间和空间。
This article explains importance of the interior and external space size of the emergency entrance and hall for out-patients department when to rescue injured patients after a big disaster through the rescue practice of the Big Earthquake of Wenchuan 5.12; It emphasizes the principle to put priority on the function in hospital construction conception in order to insure the time and space for emergency rescue.
