摘要

利用卫星热红外异常进行地震短临预测是我国地震工作者开发研究的新方法。现已引起越来越多的国内外有关人士的关注和参与。在无地震监测卫星和接收处理系统情况下,如何利用已有的气象卫星来捕捉地震前兆,显示震兆异常及其时空规律,计算异常面积、实行地震预测,是新方法开发内容之一。
The short-term earthquake forecast using eatellite infrared abnormal exploited and researched by the earthquake workers of our country is carried which have brought to attention of more and more personages concerned domestic and abroad. Without satellite of monitoring earthquake and its system of receiving and handling, one of new method that how to catch earthquake omens, to show the abnormal seismic symptom and its law of space-time, to calculate the abnormal area, and to carry out the earthquake forecast is used information by existing weather satellite.
