带加强层高层建筑地震作用分析与减震研究

摘要
带加强层的高层建筑在地震作用下侧移和内力有特有的规律。针对带加强层高层建筑分析其动力特性和地震作用下的侧移规律,并进行减震效果研究和优化设计,提出设计建议。以某高烈度区一座带加强层高层建筑为例的分析结果表明,带加强层的高层建筑在地震荷载作用下侧移有突变,楼板缺失导致整个结构变形规律发生改变,附加粘滞流体阻尼器后层间位移角和底部剪力都有所减小,减震方案优化后减震效果良好。
High-rise buildings with strengthened storey have their own features of lateral displacement and mechanical behavior under earthquake.Here,dynamic characteristics and lateral displacement laws of a high-rise building with strengthened storey were analyzed,effects of seismic energy dissipation were studied,and then algorithms of its optimization and design were presented.Regarding an actual high-rise building with strengthened storey within a high intensive seismic region as an example,numerical simulation results revealed that its lateral displacement curve has abrupt changes,and absence of slabs causes the whole structural deformation laws to change;at the same time,its storey displacement angles and bottom storey shears decrease after adding viscous liquid dampers;effect of seismic energy dissipation is good after optimization.
