顺层边坡岩体的爆破振动特性试验研究

摘要
以顺层岩质路堑开挖爆破为背景,针对深孔爆破与小台阶爆破两种爆破方法进行了5次现场爆破试验,在测定不同方向上岩体质点振动速度的基础上,分析层状岩体的地震波传播特征及其影响因素。研究结果表明:深孔爆破产生的地震强度是小台阶爆破的5倍以上;同一次爆破中,深孔爆破沿走向的振动速度是垂直走向的1.1~1.4倍,而对于小台阶爆破的相应值为1.2~1.9倍;在顺层岩质路堑施工中,可采用预留保护层的深孔爆破分部开挖方案,并通过微差起爆技术限制单段最大装药量,以达到降震目的。
Taking the excavation blasting of chasm at layered rock slope as the background,five blasting experiments considering two different blasting ways including deep-hole blasting and small-bench blasting have been done.Through measuring the particle vibration velocities in different directions,the propagating characteristics of seismic waves in layered rock mass and their affecting factors are analyzed.The research results show that the vibration intensity resulting from deep-hole blasting is over 5 times than that of small-bench blasting;at the same blasting,the vibration velocity along the strike of slope is about 1.1~1.4 times as that of its vertical direction in deep-hole blasting,and the corresponding value for small-bench blasting is 1.2~1.9;in the construction of chasm at layered rock slope,the multi-step excavation scheme of deep-hole blasting with the projection layer can be used,and the maximum charge amount per delay interval could be restricted by the millisecond delay initiation so as to reduce the vibration intensity.
