磁流变耗能器及其性能

摘要
磁流变液(MR)是一种智能材料,它能够在强磁场的作用下从牛顿流体变化为粘塑流体。用磁流变液制作的耗能器装置简单、体积小、能耗小、可连续可逆变化。是实现半主动控制的理想控制元件。本文介绍了磁流变液的材料特征,建立了磁流变耗能器的恢复力简化模型;根据磁流变液耗能器的特点,提出了制作磁流变耗能器时参数设计的基本要求;最后,利用等效线性化方法,提出了磁流变耗能器总阻尼系数的计算方法,并且比较了其中的粘性阻尼系数和库仑阻尼系数的比值关系。
Magnetorheological(MR)fluid is a kind of smart material under the high magnetic field It can be transformed from Newton fluid into viscoplastic solid The dampers made by MR fluid possess the virtue of simple device and small bulk It requires few power and can continually change its state It is a kind of ideal controldevice to reach semi active control In this paper,the character of MR fluid is introduced and the predigested calculating model is established According to the character of MR damper the basic parameter requirement for making MR damper is presented Finally,using the method of equivalent linearization,the method for calculating the total damping coefficient of damper is presented and the relation of coulomb damping coefficient to viscous damping coefficient is studied
