汶川8.0级特大地震前地震活动的显著特征

摘要
2008年5月12日四川省汶川县发生了MS8.0特大地震(本文震级均为MS),该地震是中国大陆内部活动地块边界带的特大地震,它发生在青藏、华南一级活动地块区边界交汇部位的龙门山断裂带。本文结合活动地块划分结果阐述了汶川8.0级特大地震前7级强震格局,探讨了该特大地震前可能的动力学变化过程;以中国大陆地区为研究对象,分析了不同震级地震的不同时间尺度平静与汶川8.0级特大地震的关系,不同震级地震的不同时间尺度平静对中国大陆强震成组或特大地震发生具有前兆意义。
The 2008 Wenchuan M8.0 Earthquake is a great inslab event occurred in the active boundary faults between blocks or slab in mainland of China,where the causative faults are the Longmentshan located in the convergence boundary regions between the Qinghai-Tibet and South-China plates.Combined with the division of blocks,the active style of strong earthquakes before the 2008 Wenchuan M8.0 Earthquake and the dynamic process of block movement are described in this paper.The possible relation between the different scale of seismic quiet time with different seismic magnitudes and the 2008 Wenchuan M8.0 Earthquake is analyzed.Our analysis results shows that the different scale of seismic quiet time with different seismic magnitudes can be considered as the prediction indexes of strong earthquake or grouped seismic clusters in mainland of China.
