基于GIS的城市供水管网抗震能力评价系统研究

摘要
以ESRIArcGIS9为技术开发平台,将空间数据分析与管理用地理信息系统(GIS)技术和供水管网抗震能力评价用确定性应变分析方法相集成,构建了通用性强的城市供水管网抗震能力评价系统(UWSPSPES)。该系统在对城市供水管网进行空间网络模型化的基础上,以管道接口的变形为评估量,以组合变形量为供水管网震害破坏程度的判定标准,实现了对城市供水管网抗震能力的空间分析与评估,且评估结果可靠;利用GIS的空间数据管理功能,实现了对供水管网的基础数据、抗震能力评价成果数据和历史震害数据的空间管理与定位查询分析。该系统的建立,为城市供水管网的震害防御与地震应急对策的制定提供了可靠的模型支持、技术支持及决策依据。
Taking ESRI ArcGIS9 as the technological development platform,a seismic perfor-mance evaluation system of urban water supply network was established by integrating Geographical Information System(GIS)used for spatial data analysis and management with deterministic deformation analysis approach used for seismic performance evaluation of water supply network.In the system,based on the construction of network analysis model of urban water supply network,the credible spatial analysis and evaluation of seismic performance of urban water supply network are realized by taking the deformation of pipeline joint as the evaluation value,and the combined deformation value as the determination criterion of the network seismic destructive degree.The spatial management and oriented query of basic data,evaluated results of seismic performance and historical seismic destructive data of urban water supply network are realized by using GIS spatial data management function.The establishment of the system provides credible model,technological and decision-making support for urban earthquake prevention and emergency.
