基于磁流变阻尼器的多单体组合结构模糊控制

摘要
将有条件的相邻结构组合在一起,组成多单体组合结构体系,推导了其振动控制方程。基于瞬时最优控制算法,将控制力表达成阻尼力的形式,用磁流变阻尼器充当控制器,运用模糊控制方法对其进行控制。采用Matlab编程进行计算机仿真分析,并运用LQR控制与之进行对比。研究结果表明,采用此方法对多单体组合结构进行控制,效果明显。运用模糊控制能够达到与LQR控制较为接近的控制效果,用磁流变阻尼器充当控制器减少了能量输入,用弹簧-阻尼系统将单体3连入,能降低控制成本。多单体组合方式的改变对控制效果影响很大。
Adjacent structures are linked to compose the combined multi-units structure as wall as its vibration control system. The vibration and control equations are derived. The control force is expressed as damping force based on instantaneous optimum control algorithm. The magnetorheological dampers are taken as control devices and the fuzzy control is adopted as control strategy. The control features are numerically analysed by use of the commonly used MATLAB.Then its control effictiveness is compared with that of LQR control. The conclusions illustrate that the vibration-control system of combined multi-units structure is quite effective. The efficiency of fuzzy control is nearly equal to that of LQR control however, the energy input is reduced when magnetorheological dampers are employed as controllers.This system can reduce, the control cost because the third structure is joined with spring-damping system.The control effictiveness can be impacted on visibly when the combining mode of multi-units structure is changed.
