对抗规7.3.8条的探讨及地震避难单元的设置

摘要
国内很多6度、7度地震区发生了较大的地震甚至特大地震,部分地区的地震烈度超过设防大震烈度1~4度。砌体结构是我国房屋的主要结构形式之一,在巨震中破坏、倒塌严重。本文通过震害分析和地震逃生分析对2010版抗规7.3.8条进行了讨论,得到以下主要结论:对于砌体结构,加强地震逃生通道(楼梯间)是有必要的,然而孤立的避难间(安全岛)难以满足地震逃生的需要,一个完整的地震避难逃生系统才能满足地震逃生的需要;初步给出了住宅和教学楼的地震避难单元布置建议,并对其他不同功能的房屋给出了避难单元的设置原则。
There are many domestic areas,which local fortification intensities are from 6 to 7 degree,have been experienced earthquake of high intensity.Some places even have suffered from "enormous earthquake",with intensity of 1 to 4 degree greater than the local rarely earthquake intensity expected by code.Masonry structure is one of the most popular structure style in native dwelling buildings.But under enormous earthquake,its damage is serious and tend to collapse more easily.In this article,based on the analysis on earthquake damage and seek refuge from it,we discussed the clause 7.3.8 in code for seismic design of building and draw conclusions as following: For masonry structure,it's necessary to enhance the stairs room but not enough,an integral system is needed for seeking refuge under earthquake.Herein we suggest the plan of refuge unit for dwelling house and school building,and point out the measure for some buildings with various options.
