摘要
天津于家堡金融区起步区03-21地块副楼为体型复杂的超限高层建筑,核心筒相对塔楼、塔楼相对底盘均存在较大的偏心。论文重点介绍了该结构的扭转设计过程,分析了扭转作用下楼板的平面内应力分布规律。针对超长不规则结构,结构设计考虑了楼板平面内实际刚度对构件受力的影响,对体型复杂建筑的结构设计提出了建议,可供同类工程参考。
The site tower in Plot 03-21 located at Yujiapu Financial District in Tianjin is a out-of-codes high-rise building with complex shape,its core wall is eccentricity-located in the tower and the tower is eccentricity-located in the chassis.A procedure for anti-torsion design of this structure is proposed,including the analysis of in-plane stresses distribution of floors under torsion action.In this paper,the influence of in-plane stiffness on bearing menber is considered for the super long and irregular floors.In the end,some suggestion are provided about this type of structure.
