结构钢断裂机理及抗断设防

摘要
结合古典强度理论和微观断裂力学对金属屈服和断裂解释的力学原理,通过对结构钢深槽刻痕杆刻痕根部微观断裂应力场的数值模拟,导出了结构钢在应力三轴空间的屈服轨迹方程。随后,根据结构钢在三向等拉伸应力状态下屈服和宏观脆断的重合性,提出了结构钢在应力三轴空间宏观韧、脆断准则。最后,给出了该屈服和断裂模型的物理解释及结构钢破坏设防。
Combining mechanics theory of yield and fracture of ductile metal in classical strength theory with microcosmic fracture mechanics,and by studying fracture stress field in root of notched bar made of constructional steel,the author brought forward loci equation of constructional steel in stress triaxiality space.Later,on basis of simultaneity of yield and brittle fracture of constructional steel in tri-axial symmetrical pull stress field,this paper deduced ductile-brittle fracture criterion in stress trixiality space.At last,the author gave mechanics explanation of the yield and fracture model and design recommendations of constructional steel.
