抗地震H型钢在建筑行业的发展前景

摘要
通过对抗震材料的分析要求,比较了HRB400抗震钢筋在强度与塑性的配合、应变时效敏感性、低的韧-脆转变温度、可焊性和高应变低周疲劳方面的性能和当前H型钢的性能差异。结果表明:当前H型钢在屈服强度和抗拉强度方面的性能要弱于HRB400,而在延伸率方面要明显优于HRB400。根据历次地震中钢结构的表现,可通过对H型钢的进一步研究,改善其性能,使其最终可达到HRB400钢筋的抗震性能。由此可得,H型钢具有良好的发展前景。
On the basis of analysis of anti-seismic material,it is compared that the property of anti-seismic HRB400 reinforced steel bar with current H-beam on the coordination of strength and ductility,sensibility of strain-aging,low ductile-brittle transition temperature,welding capacity and high-strain low-cycle fatigue.The results show the current H-beam is worse than anti-seismic HRB400 reinforced steel bar on the property of the tensile strength and yield strength,but better of the elongation.According to the former performance of the steel structure in earthquake,we can get further study of H-beam and get improvement of the property which can achieve the anti-seismic property of HRB400 reinforced steel.So there must be good prospects for development of H-beam.
