上海中奥电梯研发中心结构加层设计与施工关键技术研究

摘要
随着城市用地的紧张和建筑加固技术的发展,近年来老建筑物改造日趋增多,尤其低矮结构的加层较为常见,对于此类加层课题应针对不同的原结构体系采取不同的加层处理方法。通过对一原为6层的框架结构厂房再增加3层框架的工程实例,详细论述了加层改造中结构形式的选取和设计优化问题,并给出了直接加大截面和改为框架-支撑体系两种加固方案的具体技术经济对比,可以得出合理改变结构的受力体系是多层建筑加层改建设计的关键,最后阐述了关键工序施工的具体处理方法,为类似工程的加固设计结构选型提供了相应的依据和有益的参考。
With the development of strengthening technology and increase of demand for more building sites in urban area,storey-adding for buildings become widely applied in these days and different design methods should be adoped for different original structure types.In this paper,the selection of suitable structural system and design optimization idea were discussed through an example of adding three floors to an existing six-storey frame structure.And the technical and economic comparison for the two design schemes was discussed.Directly strengthening with reinforced concrete and changing the original structure system were analyzed for this typical project in detail.Conclusion can be drawn that changing the structural system is a key technology in storey adding design.Finally,some key construction treatment technologies in storey-adding structure were proposed.
