摘要

通过对地震应急现存的问题以及对地震现实情况的分析,参考目前的研究现状,以系统设计理论作为切入点,并借鉴其他相关研究和设计的方法进行探索,分析地震应急系统中的各方面因素及对这些因素进行分析,并对一些研究方法进行引用以解决此问题。
By analyzing the existing problems of the earthquake emergency,as well as the reality of seismic situation,referring to the current status of research,it took system design theory as a starting point,and explored from other relevant research and design methods,to analyze aspects of factors in earthquake emergency system and analysis of these factors,then cited a number of research methods to solve the problem.
