地震批量伤员救治护理风险管理

摘要
本文介绍了汶川地震突发大批量伤员救治中的护理风险管理的作法。即在大批量伤员救治中,全面实施现场组织环节管理;检伤分类有效管理;分类、分区程序管理;调配护士合理管理;安全督导得力管理等。最大限度减少护理安全隐患的发生,确保大批量伤员救治中的护理安全。
It was explored that nursing risk management of curing batches of wounded in"5.12"earthquake from the following:management of the local;effective management of checking the wound;management of classing and dividing program,reasonable management of nurses,management for urgent cure;management for safety inspec- ting.With all these measures,the bidden trouble in nursing could be escaped and the security of the wounded could be guaranteed.
