紫坪铺高面板坝“5·12”震害修复处理

摘要
紫坪铺高混凝土面板堆石坝在"5·12"汶川地震中,经受了超抗震设计标准的考验,强震导致大坝出现较大震陷和水平变形,防渗面板发生挤压破坏、脱空与错台、水平接缝错位等震损震害。根据抗震抢险期间大坝监测资料和震害调查成果,综合评价认为其具有可修复性,震后的大坝防渗系统仍然有效,各泄洪建筑物仍具备正常运用功能,大坝整体结构稳定安全,震陷后大坝超高仍在安全储备范围内。截至2008年9月下旬,已完成防渗面板挤压破坏(包括水下部分)、脱空与错台施工,水库蓄水位至843m高程(高于地震发生时水位约13m),大坝总体渗流稳定,抗震抢险期间现场的实施决策和安全评价是正确的。
Zipingpu, the high concrete face rock-fill dam, experienced the catastrophic earthquake which caused collapse and horizontal deformation of dam, damage and dislocation of seepage prevention plates. According to monitoring data during disaster relief and investigation result, comprehensive evaluation is made, which displays the possibility of recovery, as the seepage prevention of dam is still functioning, spillway is under normal operation, and entire structure of dam is stable and safe. By the end of September 2008, the repair of squeeze damage of seepage-prevention plate and disjunction and dislocation was completed (including the part of under groundwater). Storage level of reservoir reached to 843m (about 13m higher that the water level during the earthquake). The dam has a stable seepage flow. It shows that the decision made and safety assessment on the site of disaster relief has been correct.
