基于地震数据体的水平井实时导向系统

摘要
传统的地质导向方法仅利用钻井过程中得到的实时地质数据,忽略了前期地震勘探中得到的地层信息。提出并实现了一种运行在Windows操作系统下的基于地震数据体的水平井实时导向系统。该系统在导向过程中同步采集、处理、传输井场的LWD/MWD数据,综合录井等随钻数据,同时将井眼轨迹、综合录井曲线、电测曲线实时投射到地震剖面上,实现实时钻井地震数据体模拟。这些叠加实时曲线的地震剖面给钻井人员提供钻头当前位置以及钻头周围空间的地层信息,为钻头钻探方向提供了决策参考。这种导向模式首次将地震数据的岩层地球物理信息用于水平井导向定位,弥补了地质导向的不足。该方法已在水平井开采中得到应用,有效地提高了钻井效率。
Traditional geosteering methods use only the real-time geological data,ignoring the seismic data obtained before drilling.This paper presents and implements a real-time steering system of horizontal wells base don seismic data,which runs on Windows OS.This system acquires,processes,transmits the LWD /MWD data synchronously,and draws the hole trajectory,logging curve,electrical log curve onto the seismic section to achieve the real-time drilling simulation in seismic data volume.These seismic sections with real-time curve give geophysical information around the drill to engineers to decide the next step of drilling.This steering mode applies geophysical information contained in seismic data innovatively,and it makes up for lack of geosteering.This steering method has been used in the drilling of horizontal wells,and it has improved the drilling efficiency.
