摘要

本文阐述了数字电子档案的特点以及与传统档案的不同,提出了电子文档管理的必要性和管理方法,根据目前地震数据的存储介质及存储条件,讨论了存储条件的具体要求和对储存介质的保护措施。
The paper analyzed the characters of electronic documents and different with traditional documents,presented necessity of electronic documents management and management methods and discussed the concrete demands for storage condition and protective measures for storage medium according to current storage medium and conditions of seismic data.
