底层框架震损结构断柱装垫加固方法研究

摘要
对汶川地震中底层框架震损或倒塌而其它层破坏较轻的框架结构和底框结构房屋的破坏原因进行了分析,为了避免该类结构需推倒重建造成的经济损失,提出了将隔震和消能减震技术应用于该类震损结构中的加固新方法——断柱装垫法,给出了基底断柱装垫、层间断柱装垫和层间断柱装垫加消能减震三种方案。结合某工程算例,对底层破坏的框架结构采用上述3种方案进行了分析,结果表明,采用断柱装垫方法加固底层框架震损而其它层破坏较轻的框架结构是可行的,并且加固后的结构抗震性能得到明显的改善,能达到新的抗震设防要求。
The damage characteristics and causes of the structures whose ground floor were suffered damage and the other floors were minor ones in WenChuan earthquake are studied,a suitable method of seismic retrofitting for this kind of damaged structures which cuts off the bottom damage columns and adds isolators is proposed.Three schemes are included in the method,they are removing the bottom story columns and adding isolators,cutting off the bottom damaged columns and adding isolators,the same with scheme 2 but with energy dissipation devices.This kind of damaged buildings could be reused due to the adoption of the method,so the reconstruction expense of disaster area is saved.Based on an engineering example,the above three schemes are analyzed.The analysis results indicate that the proposed retrofitting method is valid,and the structural seismic behavior of the damaged building could be obviously improved to meet the new earthquake fortification requirements of seismic code.
