水工钢闸门支承滑道新型复合材料实验研究

摘要
从材料结构组成及材料复合工艺等方面分析了FZ-8型新型水工钢闸门支承滑道材料对原钢基铜塑滑道材料的改进增强原理。并通过模拟实验测试了该滑道材料的静态承载能力、摩擦系数、材料磨损寿命及材料的动态复合强度;考察了新滑道材料的耐冲撞、抗刮削性能。结果表明,该材料综合性能优良。这项研究工作为丹江口大坝加高工程的各类闸门支承滑道材料选型提供了技术参数。
The mechanism of upgrading and strengthening the materials of FZ-8 new supporting slide tracks for steel gates of hydraulic structures was analyzed and compared with the original materials of steel-base copper-plastics slide tracks from the viewpoint of structural composition and compounding technology of materials. The static bearing capacity, friction factor, wearing life and dynamic compound strength of these materials were tested by simulated experiments, the impact-resisting and scrape-resisting properties of the materials of the new slide tracks were examined. Results showed excellent comprehensive properties of these materials. This research provides technical parameter for selecting materials of supporting slide tracks for various gates of the Danjiangkou project to be hightened.
