设有形状记忆合金自复位阻尼器隔震结构的地震反应分析

摘要
为了使隔震结构体系能够同时获得良好的隔震特性及震后自复位能力,利用形状记忆合金(SMA)材料的相变伪弹性性能,研制了一种SMA自复位隔震阻尼器,并将其与叠层橡胶垫联合应用,提出了一种新的自复位隔震装置.为了验证这种新型隔震装置的有效性,文中根据SMA材料的热力学本构关系,建立了有关热力学非线性方程的求解方法,并通过对这种隔震装置力学特性的深入研究,提出了相应的力学分析和计算模型,同时依据剪切型层模型理论,编制了这类隔震结构的弹塑性时程分析程序,进行了一些工程实例的计算分析.研究结果表明,这种隔震装置不仅可以大大减轻地震对上部结构的影响,而且还具有很好的震后自复位能力,为进一步研究自复位隔震装置的特性及层间隔震技术奠定了理论基础.
In this paper, a shape memory alloy (SMA) re-centring damper is developed by using pseudo-elasticity property of SMA, and a new isolation device combining the above damper with laminated rubber bearing is proposed, the application of which enables the isolation system to provide preferable isolation character and re-centring capacity. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed system, the extract method of thermo-dynamics non-linear equation is put forward according to thermo-dynamics constitutive relation of SMA. Furthermore, through an extensive study on the mechanical behavior of this device, the corresponding mechanical analysis model is discussed. In addition, the program based on the theory of story model for shear tape is compiled to conduct elasto-plastic time-history analysis of some practical structure examples. According to the results, the seismic response of the super-structure is significantly reduced, and the fully re-centring capacity after earthquake is obtained by this isolation system, laying foundations for further theoretical research of the re-centring device for isolation and floor isolation techniques.
