楼板开洞高层结构地震响应研究

摘要
楼板开洞的不规则高层结构地震作用下的灾害远远超过了规则结构。文章首先设计了一18层框架-剪力墙结构,并以其为原型选择10层楼板进行开洞,对比分析了10层楼板不同开洞位置及不同开洞率模型。分析结果表明:楼板开洞后降低了楼层抗侧刚度,楼层分配到的地震力减小;楼板不对称开洞较对称开洞的剪力卸载效应更明显,扭转响应更敏感;角部开洞模型扭转最明显,开洞后楼层层间位移角放大,并且随着开洞率升高而增大,而当开洞率达到一定高度时,层间位移角随开洞率变化的趋势并不敏感。最后针对分析结果提出了相应的设计建议。
Earthquake disaster of high-rise structure floors with irregular holes is more than the regular structure.At first,a frame-shear wall structure is designed in this paper.The tenth layer of this structure is selected to open holes,and comparison and analysis on different holes' location and area ratio are carried out with this structure as background.The analysis results show that the story lateral stiffness and its seismic force are deduced,due to the open hole on the floor.A symmetrical open hole of the floor makes shear unloading effect more obvious and torsional response more sensitive than an asymmetrical one does.The inter-story drift increases for the increasing rate of the open hole.However,when the open rate reached a certain height,the variation of the inter-story drift with the rate is not sensitive.Finally,some suggestions are put forward according to the analysis results.
