混凝土无机料植筋拉拔试验研究

摘要
钢筋植筋技术在工程加固改造中应用较为广泛,但相关研究较少,无机料植筋的相关研究则更少。本试验通过在不同强度等级(C15~C40)的基体混凝土上植入不同植入深度(分别为10、13、15、20倍的钢筋直径)、不同直径(12~22)的钢筋,测得了大量的试验数据,并得到了植筋的几种破坏形态(钢筋拉断、钢筋拔出、混凝土锥形破坏、复合破坏)。最终推导出了植筋的基本锚固长度公式。
The application of planting bars technology in engineering strengthening and rebuilding is more extensive, but the researches work on planting bars with inorganic material is rare . The test group planted different diametrical reinforcing steel bar(12~22)with different anchorage length(10d,13d,15d,20d)in concrete foundation of different strength(C15~C40). A large amount of data was collected from this study. Some failure forms of the planting bars were found(failure of reinforced bar, reinforced bar were pulled-out, cone of concrete, combined failure). Based on this data, the author deduced a basic anchorage length formula of the planting bars.
