基于提高线阵CCD测量系统测量精度的研究

摘要
为了提高线阵CCD测量系统的测量精度,从影响系统的几个主要方面进行了分析研究,并提出相关的改善措施。文中除了详细论述了线阵CCD传感器、光源成像系统、A/D转换器等器件系统外,还分析研究了信息采集、驱动电路设计方法和图像处理的软件算法,详述了双相关采样法,单片机驱动,复杂可编程逻辑器件驱动和线阵CCD的细分方法,并进行适当的改善。指出线阵CCD的细分方法将是未来研究改善系统测量精度的主要方向,经过改善后的系统测量精度将大大提高。
In order to improve the accuracy of linear array CCD measuring system,research is done on several important factors affecting the system accuracy and relevant improving measures are brought out.Along with a detailed discussion on the instrument system such as linear CCD sensor,the light imaging system and the A/D convertor,reseach was also done on the information gathing,driving circuit designing and software arithmetic of image processing.Method of double-related gathering,drive circuit designing,CPLD device drive and subdivision of linear array CCD is also discussed in detail and given proper improvement.The subdivision method is pointed out to be the principal direction to the research of improving system accuracy in the future and the improved system accuracy is expected to be greatly improved.
