宁波招宝山大桥保留结构主梁裂缝成因分析及处理措施

摘要
宁波招宝山大桥主梁在施工阶段及压溃过程中产生了较多的裂缝 ,介绍在加固重建工程的设计中 ,对裂缝的成因及后期的发展趋势进行的研究 ,提出了裂缝的处理方法。通过对保留结构主梁的裂缝进行结构补强、压力灌浆及表面封闭 ,再辅以主梁外表的防腐涂装 ,可以保证结构的安全和耐久性
Quite a number of cracks occurred during the construction and in the accident of bucking of the main girder of Zhaobaoshan bridge in Ningbo. In the period of design for strengthening and rehabilitation, researches were made on the cause of crack formation and the tendency of its later propagation, and the measure of treatment of these cracks was proposed. By pressure grouting and surface sealing accompanied by the structural strengthening of the retained structure and the anti corrosion painting on the external surface,the safety and durability of the structure were guaranteed.
