摘要

本程序是根据罗兰格等在1985年(中国地震)1卷4期发表的“地震综合预报”文章中提出的地震三要素的综合计算公式,用Visual Basic(刘瑞新等,2000)编写的。用此程序可以很方便的对任何监测区,定量的进行地震三要素的综合预报计算,作为实际地震三要素预报中的参考。
This program relies on comprehensive calculation formula of three factors of earthquake that was provided by Luo Lange, Earthquake comprehensive predication. China Earthquake. Volume 1, item 4, 1985. The program was written in Visual Basic (Lu Ruixin et al, 2000). With this program, it is conveniently to quantitatively calculate the three factors of earthquake in any monitored area. The results can be used for the reference of earthquake prediction.
