PC板梁徐变上拱对高速行车舒适性的影响分析

摘要
PC简支板梁桥过大徐变上拱不仅会影响桥梁结构的使用性能,而且还会影响行车舒适性。采用1/4汽车模型和半正弦曲线模拟板梁徐变上拱桥面线形,推导车辆竖向振动响应与板梁徐变上拱度、桥梁跨径、行车速度之间的数学关系。利用重庆高速公路某桥(7×25 m PC板梁)实测数据,分析徐变上拱对车辆振动响应和行车舒适度的影响,提出了基于公路设计行车速度的徐变上拱度控制值。
The excessive amount of creeping camber of a simplysupported prestressed concrete(PC) plate girder bridge will not only have adverse influence on the operational performance of the bridge structure,but also the influence on the riding comfort of traveling vehicle.In this paper,the vehicle model on a scale of 1/4 and the half-sine curve are used to simulate the longitudinal curve of the plate girder bridge deck with creeping camber and the mathematical relations between the vehicle vertical vibration response and creeping camber,span length and vehicle traveling speed of the bridge are derived.By the measurement data of an expressway PC plate girder bridge in Chongqing with span arrangement 7×25 m,the influence of the creeping camber on the vehicle vibration response and on the riding comfort is analyzed and the control values of the camber based on the highway designed vehicle traveling speed are put forward as well.
