频繁爆破震动对框架结构性能的影响研究

摘要
爆破是矿山生产中常用的技术,但是爆破震动往往会对矿区附近房屋产生影响,从而引起结构不同程度的损伤,影响结构的耐久性和安全性。作者以某露天矿境界边坡近坡肩的1栋3层框架结构建筑为研究对象,通过现场爆破震动实测,数值模拟和理论分析,建立了频繁爆破震动作用下钢筋混凝土构件和整体结构的疲劳损伤模型,研究了频繁爆破震动作用下,结构位移、应力,刚度变化的规律。研究表明,频繁爆破震动作用下,构件所产生的损伤要大于结构整体产生的损伤;框架结构的最薄弱部位为结构顶层楼板以及结构底层边柱顶端。该研究可以为露天矿山控制爆破和近矿建筑的结构设计提供参考。
Blast is a conventional technique for mining,but adjacent structures of mines are often damaged by blasting vibration,therefore,durability and safety of structures are affected.A three-floor frame structure on the top of an open pit mine is studied by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.Fatigue damage models of structural members and structure under frequent blasting vibration are established.The laws of displacement、stress、stiffness are also analyzed.The results showed that the values of damage of structural members are bigger than that of structure under frequent blasting vibration,and the most weak places of the frame structure is the top floor and the top of the side column at the first floor.The results obtained can provide theoretical foundation for blasting control of open pit mine and structure design on adjacent structures of mines.
