摘要
本文叙述了利用专门设计制作的探头和试块对空间结构网架焊缝进行超声波探伤的技术和焊缝缺陷的验收分级法。该技术解决了钢管直径48~159mm、壁厚3.5~8mm的杆件焊缝检验。同时,文中还介绍了《钢网架焊缝超声波探伤及质量分级法》标准的制定
This paper presents the ultrasonic testing technique for welds on space grid structures by specially made up probe and test piece as well as the method for acceptance of defective welds on grading basis which can serve as a ground for examination of welds at tubular section elements 48~159mm in size and 3.5~8.0mm in wall thickness. This paper also introduces the preparation of industry standard "Ultrasonic Testing and Classification of Welds for Steel Space Grid Structures".
