摘要

从广义的物理层面上对地震产生和地震预报提出了自己的猜想,并对地震电磁波的产生机理作了尝试性的探讨。
A hypothesis which accounts for earthquake nucleation and earthquake forecast is proposed from the physical background in this paper.Further more,the author has also made some attempts to probe into the mechanism of earthquake electromagnetic wave.
