摘要

在分析大众媒体一般特征的基础上,结合地震应急管理的特点和应急管理过程,对发挥大众媒体的优势和作用进行了探讨。指出,政府在地震应急管理过程中应充分发挥媒体作用,通过媒体建立起整个社会的沟通渠道,以保障应急和救助工作顺利进行,切实提高减灾实效。
Based on the characteristics of public media, combined the feature of earthquake emergency, the superiority and function of public media are discussed. The government should play the function of media sufficiently, and setup a channel in social communication through media, in order to ensure the emergency and rescue can be run favourably, and increase the efficiency of disaster reduction.
