混凝土样品受压破裂过程中的电磁信号

摘要
对混凝土样品受压破裂过程中的电磁现象进行了实验,发现样品在单轴压力下出现微裂纹时伴随有电磁脉冲信号出现,开始产生这类信号的时段在混凝土破坏强度的80%左右。在混凝土样品即将解体之前,电磁信号频带较宽,幅度也铰大。这种信号与混凝土解体前的微裂纹的发展有较大的相关性,因此,用电磁法监测大型工程的安全是一种有希望的监测方法。
The testing study is made on the electromagnetic phenomena during fracture of concrete and the testing result indicates that some electromagnetic pulse signals occurr accompanying the microfracturing of concrete samples under the axial compression. The pulse signals start at about 80% of the fracture strength of concrete. During this period, the frequency band of the electromagnetic signals is wide and their amplitude is rather large. There is a close correlation of the occurrences between the electromagnetic pulse signals and microcracks before the main fracture of the concrete samples. Hence the electromagnetic method is considered as a hopeful method for the safety monitoring of large-scale constructions.
