摘要

对 2 0 0 1年 5月 2 4日发生在四川盐源之 5 8级地震灾情作了概述。这次地震宏观震中位于四川盐源县泸沽湖镇舍垮村一带 ,震中区烈度为Ⅶ度 ,个别点可达Ⅷ度。其中四川地区受灾面积达 1130平方千米 ,受灾人口达96 32户 ,482 49人。地震造成 1人死亡 ,39人受伤 ,5 930人无家可归 ,其直接经济损失在 90 0 0万元左右。同时 ,位于震区外围的木里县城所在地—乔瓦镇因位于老滑坡地带 ,成为灾害异常区 ,从而使建筑物遭受较大的损坏。
On 24 May 2001,an earthquake with magnitude 5 8 occurred in Yanyuan,Sichuan Province.This paper gives a general description for this event.The investigation from the earthquake site shows that the macro-epicenter is located at Sekua village of Luguhu town,Yanyuan County.The intensity reached Ⅶ degree,even Ⅷ degree at some sites.The seismic disaster area is about 1130 square kilometer with 9632 houses,48249 persons.This earthquake caused 1 person died,39 persons injured,5930 homeless and 90million Yuan(RMB) economic losses.Meanwhile,the buildings located in Qiaowa town,the center of Muli County,Sichuan Province,also had been damaged by the landslide induced by this earthquake.
