村镇住宅动力特性测试与抗震性能研究

摘要
对一典型砖砌体村镇住宅进行静力和动力测试,并对其进行有限元程序分析,两者进行对比,验证了有限元模型的准确性。结合当地的设防烈度,进一步利用有限元程序计算该结构在众值、基本、罕遇地震烈度作用下各砌体墙体的安全系数,判断该建筑的抗震性能。通过对比该建筑在不同砂浆强度下的抗震性能,提出砂浆强度对该类建筑的抗震性能起关键性作用。
A typical masonry rural residence was tested to gain its static and dynamic characteristics,and it was analyzed with the finite element program in order to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.Safety factors under intensity of frequently occurred earthquake,commonly occurred earthquake,and seldom occurred earthquake were calculated by the finite element analysis,and the seismic behavior of the building was preliminarily determined by combining the local seismic fortification intensity.By comparing the seismic behavior in different mortar strength,it can be revealed that the mortar strength play a critical role in seismic behavior of this kinds of construction.
