摘要
为了保证高质量完成震后伤病员的医疗救治与卫生防疫工作,震后应急期的医院组织管理尤为重要。文章较全面地阐述了震后应急期医院的各项组织管理工作,其实践经验可供医院管理者借鉴。
In order to ensure high-quality completion of post-earthquake medical treatment of sick and wounded and the health and epidemic prevention work,post-earthquake emergency phase of the hospital organization and management is particularly important.The article described a more comprehensive post-earthquake emergency phase of the hospital organization and management,practice and experience for their arguments from hospital administrators.
