玉树大地震砌体结构房屋震害特征

摘要
根据玉树大地震现场考察结果,系统地介绍了砌体结构房屋在房屋结构体系、房屋墙体、圈梁和构造柱、楼梯、墙角、预制板楼盖、屋盖及突出屋面的屋顶间等附属构件的主要震害特征,为提高此类房屋防震减灾能力,提出以下几点建议:(1)该地区限用底框结构,彻底改造生土房屋。(2)建筑平面应规则、立面无凸凹设计、抗震构造措施合理。(3)砌体结构应设圈梁和抗震构造柱。(4)坡屋顶房屋的屋架应与顶层圈梁可靠连接,檩条或屋面板应与墙及屋架可靠连接。(5)预制阳台应与圈梁和楼板的现浇板带可靠连接。(6)采用现浇混凝土楼板,若采用预制空心板,应该加强连接。(7)楼梯作为主要的交通和逃生通道,应该加强其抗震构造措施,提高该部分的抗震承载力。
Based on the spot investigation result of Yushu heavy earthquake,the main earthquake damage characteristics of the masonry structural components in this area are introduced and analyzed,such as the building structure system,wall,beam,component pillar,stair,corner of wall,precasted roof,building cover and so on.In order to improve the buildings seismic ability,some suggestions are put forward.It can provide references for similar construction and design.
