摘要

隔震房屋比传统的抗震房屋增加了一个隔震层。目前我国施工规范对隔震层的施工技术及其质量控制与管理要求缺乏指导,各参与建设单位对隔震房屋的施工要领普遍存在不了解。因此,通过若干实际厦门市学校教学楼框架结构隔震房屋的质量监督,对施工阶段隔震房屋,特别是隔震层和隔震支座节点的施工质量控制要点进行了讨论,以期对隔震房屋的施工提供参考。
Seismic isolated structure add isolation layer on first-story columns' top compared with traditional structure.Construction Code Lack the guidancefor isolation layer construction technology and quality control and supervision at present and many construction companies have no idea about construction essentials,.therefore,The research take"several teaching building frame structure of primary and secondary schools" as the background to carry on the discussion about isolated building construction stage,especially about construction quality control point for isolation layer and support joint,in order to obtain construction techniques progress of isolating building and give an instance for reference.
