软起动装置的控制机构

摘要
针对重载输送装置中骤然起动时的冲击危害,采用特殊的行星齿轮结构、装在低速轴上的湿式离合器及相应的液力系统使装置得到了充分地改善,为精确控制系统起动提供了保证,从而间接地降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率.
In view of the impact harmfulness that heavy-duty transport machines start, A special planetary gear and clutch which install on the low velocity axle was adopted, at the same time, a corresponding hydraulic system was adopted too. Therefore, a sufficient enhancement was gained. these give security for the equipment's accuracy control. As a result, a reduction was obtained in production costs and working efficiency was raised too.
